Everything you need to know about ordering for Accra pickup.

Transit times vary depending on the item and shipping method. Once your order is confirmed and paid, we will give you an estimated arrival date at our Accra branch. You will receive a notification by phone or email when your items are ready for pickup.
You can designate any trusted person — a family member, friend, or representative — to collect your items in Accra. They will need to present a valid ID and the order reference number we provide when your order is confirmed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as bank transfers. Payment is processed securely through our online system or over the phone with one of our team members. We do not accept cash for international diaspora orders.
The vast majority of our catalogue is available for Accra branch pickup. A small number of items — such as very large power chairs requiring specialist delivery setup — may have restrictions. We recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and advise accordingly.
All items are packaged professionally and insured during transit. We have an established logistics process between our Virginia store and the Accra branch. In the unlikely event of damage, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations can be accepted before the item has been dispatched from our Virginia store. Once items are in transit to the Accra branch, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
